I am a self-motivated, goal-oriented customer service professional who values integrity, communication, and teamwork. I enjoy collaborating with colleagues to resolve issues quickly and maintain positive customer relationships.
I hold a Bachelor of Education in SPFET (completed 2024) and have built hands-on experience in call centres and digital customer support. My roles have included call centre agent, customer representative, and complaints handler across multiple service environments.
Since August 2023 I have been working in a digital customer support role where I focus on clear communication, efficient problem solving, and delivering consistent service. Previously I managed customer enquiries and complaint resolution for telecom and utilities accounts.
I bring leadership potential, reliability, and a strong work ethic, and I am fluent in IsiXhosa and English. I am eager to grow into roles that expand my customer experience skills and responsibility within a collaborative team.
