I’m looking for a role where I can provide hands-on IT support for real users, manage Microsoft 365 and identity services, and strengthen security and reliability—especially in an MSP or healthcare-focused environment.

I’m an IT Support Specialist who helps healthcare clients get secure, reliable access to critical applications. At Emdtec (MSP), I troubleshoot IT issues and manage EMR systems with a strong focus on uptime and safety.

I deliver end-to-end technical support for 20+ clients using phone, tickets, and email across a hybrid work model. I balance remote troubleshooting with hands-on onsite work, resolving 10–15 tickets daily and performing physical deployments.

My work includes onsite cabling (Cat5/6), rack-and-stack of physical servers, firewall installations (SonicWALL), and wireless AP setups. I also support Windows Server environments, including server setup, swaps, and hardware maintenance.

I handle identity and productivity systems through Active Directory and Entra ID—covering onboarding/offboarding, MFA setup, password resets, and GPO modifications. I manage Microsoft 365 environments (mailbox setup, licensing, MFA, Teams, Outlook, and Microsoft Office installs) and rely on ConnectWise, HaloPSA, IT Glue, and Hudu for ticketing, documentation, and RMM tasks, while monitoring VMware and Hyper-V for performance and availability.
