I'm currently supporting multiple managed client environments at S1 Technology, resolving Microsoft 365, Windows, network, VPN, printing, hardware, software, and application issues remotely and onsite.
I administer user accounts, access, group memberships, permissions, onboarding, and offboarding across Active Directory and Microsoft 365. I manage ticket priorities from initial triage through resolution or escalation while documenting each step clearly.
At LHC Group, I delivered enterprise Tier 1 support in a fast-paced healthcare environment using Citrix, Okta, ServiceNow, AirWatch Workspace ONE, Bomgar, SCCM, SharePoint, Teams, and MaxUC. I also supported MFA, VPN access, mobile devices, printers, software installations, and end-user security awareness.
I've built hands-on experience with Windows Server and Hyper-V through a home lab covering Active Directory Domain Services, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, NTFS permissions, PowerShell, domain controllers, replication, and break/fix troubleshooting. I'm looking to keep growing in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows Server, and Azure.
