At KADAM.NET, I find and onboard publishers, evaluate traffic sources, GEOs and audiences, and match monetisation options to their business needs. I expanded the internal publisher database and contributed to 70%+ revenue growth versus the previous period.

Previously at CYBER.BET, I developed direct B2B supply-side relationships, negotiated pricing and traffic requirements, and represented the company at industry conferences. At Vykonia, I helped develop popunder advertising as a new traffic monetisation direction.

At PropellerAds / Monetag, I ranked #1 in revenue within a BDR department of around 25 people in 2015 and managed relationships with the company’s top 25 high-value publishers. I work remotely across markets and use CPM, eCPM, fill rate, traffic quality and revenue data to build stronger partnerships.
