I am a product-focused UI/UX designer with 3.5 years of experience designing complex B2B SaaS products, including CRM and ERP systems. I lead end-to-end design efforts from stakeholder alignment and product requirements to prototyping, testing, and iterative delivery.
At New Page I owned core product modules—dashboards, scheduling, communication, finances, analytics, and staff management—handling RBAC, multi-location and multi-currency logic while validating designs through user interviews and usability testing.
