What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations or payment-focused role where I can resolve merchant and transaction issues, manage escalations, improve processes, and deliver SLA-driven service through cross-functional coordination.

At Concentrix, I manage POS/VPOS activation, merchant setup, transaction failures, settlement discrepancies, payment-aggregator issues, and chargeback cases within SLA timelines.

I handle merchant escalations, maintain accurate case records, and coordinate with internal teams and payment partners to bring incidents to closure.

Previously at Oakwords and Amazon, I coordinated client service delivery, strengthened CRM tracking, managed operational workflows, and used Excel reporting to monitor performance and resolve process bottlenecks.
