What I'm looking for

I'm eager to explore opportunities in design, technology, and marketing where I can create user-centered digital experiences, develop content, and apply CRM and customer-experience principles.

I create book-focused digital content at Sofi entre letras and provide detailed beta-reading feedback for fiction manuscripts through Fiverr, with a focus on romance, fantasy, and YA.

At Stratêgia, I translated client requirements into HubSpot CRM workflows and digital solutions while coordinating deliverables, timelines, and client communication. Previously, at Imagineer Customer Experience, I designed and prototyped user-friendly interfaces in Figma, conducted UX research and usability testing, and contributed customer-experience and inbound-marketing content.

I'm an Industrial Design Engineer from Tecnológico de Costa Rica with hands-on experience in content marketing, SEO, UX/UI design, and Adobe creative tools. I've also built and managed Onírica, my jewelry business, and I work fluently in Spanish and English.
