I currently coordinate the complete medical journey for international patients at Stem Cell Institute, from initial inquiry through treatment completion. I prepare quotations, manage follow-ups and logistics, and serve as the primary liaison between patients and medical teams.

Previously at Grainger Panamá, I managed sourcing, quotations, purchase orders, and procurement processes using SAP and Salesforce. I negotiated with national and international suppliers to optimize costs and delivery times while supporting corporate compliance and customer requirements.

I've also operated a wholesale uniform manufacturing business and led daily operations, sales, finance, human resources, procurement, and vendor negotiations at Grupo Arias, S.A. I supervised teams of up to 25 employees, managed budgets and cash flow, and coordinated international projects.

My background combines business administration, supply chain management, customer success, and operational leadership. I work comfortably with multicultural teams in Spanish and English, using Salesforce, SAP, Oracle CRM, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
