I’ve modernised SaaS platforms at American Express, Neustar, Freshworks, and Verizon, moving monoliths toward Node.js and Java microservices, AWS, Kafka, Redis, React, and event-driven architectures. At American Express, I scaled the engineering organisation from 30 to 100+ engineers and delivered AI-powered capabilities including a dynamic pricing engine with $10M revenue impact and an NLP platform supporting 50+ languages.

I embed GenAI into both products and engineering operations, using LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and AI-driven testing to improve delivery velocity, code quality, and developer productivity. At Primesoft, these practices improved developer productivity by 35%, while stronger observability, CI/CD, incident runbooks, and SLO/SLI practices reduced production incidents by 40%.
