At Sabre Travel Technologies, I lead end-to-end engineering for a product portfolio generating more than $400M in annual revenue. I built and scaled an offshore engineering organization to 150+ people supporting legacy Ground portfolios and a new Open Systems platform.
I helped build a platform that has processed more than 190 million bookings and over 30 billion shop requests. I partner with Product Management on budgets, roadmaps, feature prioritization, technical debt, resource allocation, and release planning.
I’ve led cloud migration and platform modernization work to improve scalability and cloud-native capabilities. I also spearhead generative and agentic AI initiatives, including a helpdesk RAG system, conversational commerce demonstrations, and a LangGraph-based multi-agent itinerary builder.
Previously, I led engineering at Cisco, Centrata Systems, and ANZ India across cloud service catalogs, ITSM products, and teller systems. I enjoy coaching future leaders and helping teams turn complex enterprise technology into dependable products.
