I partner with the CEO, CTO, and Product Management to turn business opportunities into scalable SaaS capabilities and revenue growth through self-serve channels.
I've architected AI-driven development workflows using Ollama, agentic RAG, Claude, Gemini, and GitHub Copilot, reaching 10x engineering velocity. I stay hands-on through rapid prototyping, AI coding agents, test harnesses, and baseline CI/CD patterns.
Before BrowserStack, I led product development and SRE for Adobe's globally distributed digital marketing SaaS platform, processing billions of customer transactions daily. At Reliance Jio Cloud and Seagate, I delivered high-availability cloud, NFV-SDN, storage, virtualization, and hybrid-cloud platforms while building global engineering organizations.
Across Cisco, Conexant, HCL, and Tulip IT Services, I've built scalable HA platforms, DSL gateway software, compiler tooling, and enterprise network infrastructure. I bring 22 years of engineering leadership grounded in customer advocacy, data-driven decisions, uptime culture, and continuous innovation.
