What I'm looking for
I’m a hospitality professional who takes pride in being diligent and responsible in every shift. With Holland America Line experience on board, I’ve supported guest experiences through room service and dining service, including trying to deliver strong wine and spirit service.
I’ve also built a foundation outside of cruise work through Trinity Textile and Food Service work from January 2010 to December 2018, where I focused on leadership, sales & marketing strategic planning, and execution. I exceeded sales targets in distribution of textile products and used market research to track future clothing trends and fabrics, while staying attentive to USPH compliance standards.
Now I’m eager to bring that energy to my next journey—mindfully prepared, still open to failures and improvement, and motivated to learn new skills. I enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent service and help guests create holiday memories.
