I am an experienced customer support expert with a strong background in political science. In my previous role at VK LLC (VKontakte), I was responsible for answering user questions, reviewing user data, and collaborating with various teams to provide solutions. I also onboarded and assisted new colleagues, showcasing my strong teamwork skills.
Prior to that, I worked as an election observer at the Movement for Defence of Voters' Rights Golos. In this role, I checked polling station design, monitored activities during election days, and ensured the legal protocol was followed during the counting stage. I also supervised a district-level team of observers, demonstrating my leadership and coordination abilities.
I hold a Master of Political Science degree from the National Research University Higher School of Economics in Saint Petersburg. My education has equipped me with a deep understanding of political processes and analytical skills that I can apply to problem-solving in any role.
