Customer Success Manager with 5+ years of experience in SaaS, digital platforms, and creator ecosystems. I’ve worked with global clients to launch, scale, and monetize digital products, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution across onboarding, retention, and expansion.
In my most recent role at Passion.io, I managed a portfolio of creators building subscription-based apps, supporting them end-to-end — from product structure and UX to pricing strategy, go-to-market, and app store launches. I worked closely with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Dev, and Sales) to ensure smooth implementations and strong customer outcomes. I also supported revenue growth through upsells and renewals, while proactively identifying risks and improving customer health.
Before that, I worked with Google (via Teleperformance) managing YouTube partners, helping creators optimize performance, grow engagement, and navigate platform tools. I also have a background in digital marketing and social media, having worked in agencies managing campaigns and launching new products.
