What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a remote customer service or call centre role where I can resolve enquiries, handle complaints with active listening, and use clear communication to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

I’m a Public Relations & Marketing graduate with hands-on experience in customer engagement, public education, marketing support, and stakeholder communication. I’m skilled at resolving enquiries, building relationships, and communicating clearly in fast-paced environments, so customers feel heard and supported.

In my recent role as an Educator at the Traffic Safety Council of Zimbabwe, I responded to enquiries professionally, collaborated during awareness campaigns, and prepared reports and maintained campaign records. Previously, as a Marketing Intern at Minerals Marketing Corporation of Zimbabwe, I managed social media content and public communications, assisted with export documentation and stakeholder engagement, and produced marketing materials while monitoring media coverage.
