I’m a ServiceNow Consultant (Developer and Admin) with 3 years of experience helping my organization optimize and enhance IT service management by delivering scalable, high-quality ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, automation, scripting, and analytics.

Over the last 3 years, I contributed consistently by developing and supporting Incident, Cases, SLAs, Change, and Service Request Management modules using Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Script Includes—while generating a 9.8+ CSAT customer survey score.

I reduce manual effort and resolution time by building incident templates, custom forms, and email-to-incident automation using Email Inbound Actions. I also create scalable service automation through Record Producers, Catalog Items, Workflows, and Flow Designer solutions, leveraging Script Includes for reusable logic.

I strengthen platform reliability and security by troubleshooting scripts with system logs and debugging techniques, sustaining performance through defect fixes and enhancement requests, and managing access control with ACLs, user/group/role assignments. I’m recognized with the Global Service Delivery Award - Star of Excellence - Digital Workspace & Service Management at Microland Limited, and I enjoy turning operational data into actionable dashboards, reports, and scheduled executions.
