I’m a communication graduate with 3+ years of experience supporting stakeholder engagement, employee training, and process improvement in fast-paced environments. I’m recognized for strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and translating complex information into clear, accessible messaging.

In my current role as a Teller II at Educators Credit Union, I deliver high-quality member service while maintaining accurate, compliant transactions, helping drive the branch’s highest Net Promoter Score and earning multiple Employee of the Month awards. I was also promoted to Trainer to facilitate onboarding, communicate procedures, and support employee development, and I improved branch efficiency through workflow enhancements and community-focused fundraising initiatives.
