I’m a finance and customer operations professional with 8+ years of experience delivering exceptional client support, account management, billing operations, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement in multinational organisations. In my current role at Genpact, I manage end-to-end invoice processing and payment operations with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and customer service. I act as a key point of contact across Procurement, Finance, and Operations to resolve complex cases, while monitoring KPIs, response times, and SLA performance to continuously improve service delivery.
