I’ve been a Lead Recruiter at Provolent Tech Solutions (remote) since Jun 2023, handling sourcing and screening for 200+ IT recruitment requirements. I use LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search techniques to identify qualified candidates and keep the hiring process moving.

I coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure timely follow-ups. I also collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to meet hiring targets while maintaining accurate ATS records for recruitment process tracking.

Before recruiting, I worked at BOSCH Global Software Technologies as a Senior Process Associate (2017–2020), managing requirement tracking and compliance in IBM DOORS. I also handled SMT ticket validation, IT ordering, and UAM activities, and supported process improvement and metrics consolidation.

I started at Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Process Analyst (2016–2017) on the DAF project, focusing on quality assurance and compliance. I prepared reports and monitored operational quality metrics, and coordinated with cross-functional stakeholders for operational support.
