I’m a self-motivated, results-oriented Senior US Technical Recruiter with 8+ years of experience in US Recruitment, supporting Tech & Product, Healthcare, BFSI, Retail/CPG, Logistics, and Government & Utilities.

I focus on scalable Talent Acquisition and Staff Augmentation—building strong candidate pipelines and delivering quality placements aligned to project and business needs. I specialize in W2 hiring for direct clients and Tier-1/Tier-2/Tier-3 vendors, plus C2C staffing through implementation partners and prime vendor networks.

I’ve led end-to-end recruiting activities (sourcing, screening, scheduling, negotiating, shortlisting, and submitting consultants), and managed VMS accounts like SAP Fieldglass and Beeline. I also bring hands-on exposure to Workday HCM (4–5 months) to support modern HR workflows.
