What I'm looking for
I’m a results-driven HR recruiter with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, and ATS management across fintech and corporate environments. I’m known for managing the full hiring lifecycle—resume screening, HR interviews, stakeholder coordination, and candidate pipeline management—while keeping hiring timelines on track.
In my current role as a Talent Acquisition Intern at PayTM, I support technical hiring for Software Engineer, Senior SE, and Technical Leads from sourcing to onboarding. I manage multiple recruitment projects at once, source and screen candidates via Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and internal hiring portals, and conduct market mapping to spot candidate and industry trends.
I also maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records across ATS platforms like RippleHire and Lever, tracking interactions and recruitment activity. I coordinate interview scheduling, collect feedback, and run timely follow-ups with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Previously, I worked as a Trainee in BFSI domain projects at Tata Consultancy Services, supporting financial operations and audit-ready documentation, and I conducted initial candidate interviews and passive candidate searches at Markivis Pvt. Ltd. I’m proactive about seeking feedback to continuously strengthen my recruitment expertise.
