I manage secure hybrid identity, endpoint, and Microsoft 365 environments across multi-site operations.

At C3 Industries, I administer hybrid Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments, manage Intune and Jamf endpoint compliance, and support Microsoft 365 services across more than 30 retail locations. I also lead device provisioning, BitLocker encryption, hardware migrations, endpoint threat response with SentinelOne, and security-focused access controls.

I've supported infrastructure upgrades spanning switches, access points, server racks, and surveillance migrations to Wisenet. Previously at TEKsystems, I provided Tier 1 ISP support, triaged voice, data, and connectivity incidents, and documented resolutions for escalation teams.
