I’m a Systems Administrator focused on keeping enterprise infrastructure reliable, secure, and compliant. In a classified, air-gapped environment, I administer Windows Server infrastructure and manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file services across segmented network zones.

I also maintain hybrid identity using Entra ID and AD, owning user lifecycle management, group policy administration, and directory synchronization in security-controlled settings. I deploy and standardize endpoints with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot, enforcing configuration compliance and reducing configuration drift through well-defined GPO security hardening.

Previously as a Tier II Managed IT Technician, I served as an escalation point in an MSP setting and led infrastructure projects like firewall deployments, server upgrades, and network migrations. I managed hybrid identity with Entra ID Connect, administered Microsoft 365 (including Exchange Online, MFA enrollment, licensing, and compliance troubleshooting), and built automated provisioning workflows to streamline deployments.
