I'm supporting people operations at Salutem Care and Education, where I deliver onboarding audits, compliant right-to-work checks, redundancy-cost calculations, job descriptions, and accessible staff guidance.

I've analysed sickness trends, agency usage, costs, recruitment, and advertising data for senior leadership. I also contribute to Top Employer Accreditation, HR projects, employer branding, partnership engagement, and process improvements.

At Kingston University, I taught business psychology to Level 6 students, marked assignments, ran assessment clinics, and supported student networking events. Previously, I supported high-volume clearing admissions and enrolment enquiries, finance queries, ID checks, scheduling, and student wellbeing.

My MSc in Occupational and Business Psychology and first-class Business Psychology degree inform how I approach people, communication, and workplace improvement. Through Muslim Youth Helpline, I've provided confidential phone and chat support using safeguarding, mental health, crisis-management, and record-keeping practices.
