I’m looking for a role where I can use my CRM and troubleshooting skills to resolve customer issues quickly, document accurately, and grow into healthcare support through medical billing/coding and related technology.

I’m a customer-focused professional with 5+ years in client-facing roles, where I supported users in fast-paced environments and resolved issues efficiently. In my Sales Manager role at Passion Book Press, I handled high-volume inquiries using Salesforce and Zendesk, guided customers step-by-step, and maintained accurate CRM records while prioritizing multiple requests.

I’m also currently building expertise in medical billing and coding through ongoing Coursera training, driven by a strong interest in healthcare technology and support systems.
