I seek a customer-focused role combining member services, leasing or front-desk responsibilities where I can use my administrative, claims and communication skills to improve operations and member/patient experience.

I am a customer-focused member services and leasing professional with extensive front-desk and call-center experience across healthcare, dental, and financial services. I consistently provide friendly, accurate, and timely service while safeguarding member and patient information.

At Morgan Properties I manage tenant screening, lease processing, property inspections, rent collection, and tenant relations, maintaining documentation and supporting maintenance coordination. In prior roles I handled high-volume inbound calls, claims and bill payment research, account maintenance, and escalations for credit union call centers.

My clinical administrative experience includes dental and medical reception where I verified insurance, managed scheduling, processed payments, and supported clinical teams to improve patient flow and meet financial targets. I am proficient in Eaglesoft, Epic, Yardi, QuickBooks and common multi-line phone and call-center systems.
