What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own customer experience end-to-end, resolve escalations confidently, and use my software skills to support users. I want a team that values clear communication, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

I’m a customer service professional with 5+ years on the front lines of retail, including leadership experience managing escalations and customer experience. I bring a steady, policy-driven approach to real-time issue resolution—especially when situations are stressful or disputed.

Across store operations, I’ve owned front-end workflows end-to-end: training new hires on service standards, leading counter operations, and managing cash office reconciliation with accuracy. I’ve also supported inventory and high-traffic periods by reorganizing merchandise, handling backstock, and keeping POS operations running smoothly.

Alongside my customer service background, I build with a software engineering foundation. I’ve completed internships as a Software Engineer Intern, designing automation in C# and .NET, building server-side applications in Java and Spring Boot, and creating automated regression tests—while translating technical changes for non-technical stakeholders.
