At Stericycle / WM, I manage corporate hospital accounts as a primary contact for regulated medical waste service delivery, billing questions, account changes, escalations, onboarding, and contract renewals.

I maintain customer, contract, billing, and service records in SAP and Salesforce while coordinating with operations, sales, customer service, and field teams to resolve complex issues. I monitor account performance, recurring concerns, and key metrics to support accurate, on-time service.

I also supervise daily transportation operations at Stericycle, including driver scheduling, route coverage, fleet readiness, timekeeping, safety documentation, and customer escalations.

Previously, I planned 12–17 daily pickup and delivery routes with approximately 25 stops per driver, dispatched drivers, and handled customer scheduling and account concerns. Across healthcare, transportation, and high-volume service environments, I focus on practical solutions, reliable operations, and strong client relationships.
