What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a logistics leadership or account management role where I can improve transportation operations, strengthen carrier and customer relationships, develop teams, and drive service, efficiency, and financial performance.

At C.H. Robinson, I manage daily transportation execution for approximately 80 LTL, FTL, partial, and multi-stop shipments in a high-volume logistics environment. I build carrier relationships, source capacity, review bids, support pricing, and resolve complex service issues.

I work closely with customers, carriers, and internal teams on escalations, customer meetings, quarterly business reviews, billing readiness, and service expectations. I also train and onboard Logistics Specialists on transportation processes, systems, and operational procedures.
