At the University of Utah, I lead and manage a youth education program with an annual portfolio of 300+ summer camps. I oversee a $1 million annual budget and build partnerships with campus departments and community organizations.

At the Natural History Museum of Utah, I implemented a digitization strategy that processed approximately 20,000 pages of historic field notes. I also launched and managed a DIGIVOL transcription portal, engaging external volunteers in crowdsourced data entry.

At American Conservation Experience, I managed operations and participant experience for a conservation program delivered with a federal agency and community organizations.
