At Center for Puppetry Arts, I lead an Education team and a portfolio spanning in-house programs, outreach, digital learning, camps, adult learning, and community initiatives. I build systems and planning processes that help programs move from idea to execution.
As Digital Learning Director, I built and scaled a live virtual learning program to approximately 300 programs annually, serving audiences in all 50 states and more than 90 countries. I developed training, procedures, lesson resources, and delivery standards to support consistent program delivery.
I maintained a 10+ year relationship with Connected North, delivering live learning experiences to students in remote Indigenous communities across Canada. I also worked with schools, districts, museums, libraries, universities, and education partners on onboarding and program delivery.
I use educator and partner feedback, participation data, and program evaluations to refine programs and guide decisions. My work also draws on human-centered design, including user research, journey mapping, prototyping, and usability testing.
