I’m looking to lead mission-driven leadership position, where I can coordinate teams, manage operations and budgets, improve team performance, and build strong stakeholder relationships—while delivering engaging, high-quality experiences grounded in clear communication and service.

I’m a customer-focused program director and educator with 10+ years of experience leading community programs, supporting diverse populations, coordinating teams, and building strong client and stakeholder relationships. I’m known for delivering exceptional service, resolving challenges, managing operations, and creating engaging experiences for youth, families, educators, and community partners.

As Director of Young Artist Programs at UTSAArts, I lead youth and community programs for students ages 5–18 and families, manage logistics to ensure positive participant experiences, and handle budgets while supporting strategic program growth. My background also includes Graphic Designer work producing digital assets for client-facing projects, and years as a Graduate Teaching Fellow and Art Teacher where I supported students through instruction, individualized assistance, classroom operations, mentoring, and strong family communication.
