What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead youth programs and operations, develop staff, build strong family relationships, and create engaging activities and events for children and communities.

At NJY Camps, I oversee daily operations for a residential youth program serving about 200 members and a 20-person seasonal staff team. I recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff while partnering with camp leadership on activities, events, and family experiences.

I've led an international delegation trip to Israel at Camp Interlaken JCC, built staff training programs across four seasons, and maintained near-100% staff and camper retention through individualized support. My classroom teaching experience across K–5 and cross-cultural public education helps me create engaging programs for different ages.
