What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead e-commerce projects end-to-end, coach teams with real-world training, and use SEO/CRO and analytics to improve customer acquisition, conversion, and stakeholder-aligned delivery.

I’m an e-commerce projects and operations expert with 15+ years of experience across project management, merchant growth, and customer-journey operations. I serve as a steady bridge between stakeholders, keeping complex, deadline-driven work moving with clear communication and aligned outcomes.

Most recently, I’ve acted as the primary point of contact for ownership, lenders, consultants, attorneys, and internal teams, and I owned multiple concurrent projects by proactively identifying gaps and resolving blockers. I also built structured document systems for contracts, financials, permits, and closing materials, ensuring accurate, efficient deal execution across refinances, financings, and development milestones.

Previously, I led training and growth coaching for BigCommerce merchants and support teams—delivering live sessions, scalable training frameworks, and SEO/CRO recommendations that improved store performance and merchant confidence. I also managed marketing and site optimization efforts in WordPress and supported lead pipelines and e-commerce setup from discovery through publication.
