What I'm looking for
I’m a senior administrative professional known for initiative, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently. I provide right-hand executive support with strong communication and customer service, ensuring leadership needs are covered day-to-day with professionalism.
In my most recent role as Senior Administrative Assistant to the VP of International Safety and Strategic Operations, I manage complex calendars, prioritize competing meetings, and coordinate schedules with stakeholders across multiple time zones. I handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity, support direct reports and leadership team tasks, and help prepare and edit presentation materials and reports.
I also own critical operational details: arranging domestic and international travel and expense processing through Concur Travel & Expense, ordering hardware/software/office supplies, supporting onboarding/offboarding, maintaining distribution lists and organizational charts, and submitting and monitoring facility service requests. I coordinate onsite and offsite events (logistics, catering, and conference space reservations) and schedule virtual meetings through Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Earlier experience included administrative support for senior directors (including travel, expenses, and meeting/event logistics) and financial clerk work with Accounts Payable, month-end invoices, reconciliations, and cash handling.
