I’m seeking a 24/7 IT Service Monitoring and Reporting role where I can leverage my DoD experience for proactive monitoring, fast troubleshooting, and thorough incident documentation in a secure environment.

I’m a motivated Technical Support Analyst with hands-on experience providing IT support in a civilian capacity on a U.S. Army base. I specialize in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, with a strong focus on maintaining high system availability for mission-critical operations.

I’ve performed user account management in Active Directory (account creation, password resets, and permission modifications) to support strict access control and compliance with Army cybersecurity policies.
