What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my DoD support, troubleshooting, documentation, and security-focused experience in an IT role where I can grow hands-on skills in Active Directory, systems administration, networking, and cybersecurity.

At Fort Sill MWR, I provide front-line technical and operational support in a controlled DoD environment serving 500–1,000 patrons daily. I troubleshoot Windows systems, desktop hardware, VoIP phones, CAC scanners, printers, POS equipment, specialized applications, and access-control systems.

I've built an Active Directory lab, diagnosed Kali Linux virtual-machine boot failures, assembled and deployed a Windows 11 PC, and troubleshoot home LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity. I also train employees, manage technical work orders, protect sensitive workflows involving PII/PHI, and maintain accurate documentation for audits and regulated procedures.
