At FLOW / Liberty Caribbean, I supervise and support a team of 13 telecommunications technicians and manage proactive maintenance across East, West, Central, and South regions.
I oversee fiber teams handling outage restoration and emergency service recovery, and coordinate installations for new residential and business data customers. I also monitor network performance with XperTrak (XPT), ServAssure NXT, and VIAVI tools.
Before becoming Maintenance Supervisor, I worked as a Telecommunications Technician / Senior Technician, installing and maintaining HFC and broadband networks and supporting fiber testing, DOCSIS infrastructure, and outage recovery.
