I’m a Senior Fibre Design Engineer with 12 years of multidisciplinary experience delivering end-to-end outside plant (OSP) network designs across the Caribbean, UK, and US telecoms markets. I combine advanced FTTH/FTTx network architecture with robust GIS spatial-data management to scale global fibre rollouts, turning complex field realities into build-ready HLD/LLD deliverables.

I’ve contributed to design and deployment of 90,000 homes passed by delivering HLD/LLD fibre network designs, leading a 6-person team, and validating thousands of kilometres of aerial and underground cable routes. I’m known for maintaining data integrity across physical network inventories—leveraging ArcGIS, IQGeo, FME ETL pipelines, and CAD to resolve utility conflicts, run rigorous spatial QA/QC audits, action design change requests via Survey 123, and migrate OLT assets into PNI platforms.
