What I'm looking for
I’m a Senior Manager in Service Delivery and Assurance at Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago (TSTT), operationalising the deployment and service assurance of the Wireless to the Home (WTTx) product for Residential and Business customers. I lead installation and repair of fixed voice, broadband internet, entertainment, and WTTx—while serving as Technical Lead for all brand and product engagements.
With 10+ years of managerial experience, I’ve led field operations strategy across service fulfilment, service assurance, product/service migration, and network service fulfilment and assurance. I redesign operating models (e.g., Outside Plant rehabilitation and Service Desk transformation), build service-delivery metrics (MTTR/MTTI), and deliver measurable outcomes—like reducing outage time, driving remote fault resolution, and improving customer experience through CX and NPS-focused process improvements.
