Design, implement, and support regional IP/MPLS networks delivering residential, enterprise, broadband, IPTV, and content services across the Caribbean. Provide Tier 3 incident support and coordinate service restoration with regional operations, core engineering teams, carriers, and technology vendors.

Provided Tier II support for carrier-grade IPTV platforms, Linux-based application servers, CDN infrastructure, and end-to-end video delivery. Administered and troubleshot F5 BIG-IP load balancers and supported Juniper SRX, MX, EX, and QFX platforms serving IPTV infrastructure.

Supported transmission, broadband, and IPTV services, including xDSL, PON, CMTS, and broadband network gateways in a regional service provider environment. Investigated network incidents and capacity constraints, coordinated escalations and service restoration, and maintained incident records.

Led enterprise IT operations covering LAN/WAN networking, servers, communications, security systems, technical support, and infrastructure projects. Designed and maintained Cisco network infrastructure, wireless connectivity, IP addressing, and network security; diagnosed network, hardware, and software faults.

Installed, configured, and maintained Cisco routing, switching, and firewall infrastructure supporting critical airport and airline operations. Supported Common Use Terminal Equipment (CUTE), Flight Information Display Systems (FIDS), and airline passenger processing systems.

Installed, maintained, and repaired RF communications, microwave links, SCADA, paging, and two-way radio systems for industrial and commercial customers.
