At CABLE & WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS, I lead the design, implementation, and operational support of regional carrier-grade IPTV networks across more than 15 business units in the Caribbean, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, and Panama.
I’ve worked on IPTV core expansions and migrations using L3VPN and EVPN ESI-LAG, as well as IPTV anycast CDN load balancing to improve service reliability and efficiency. My work also includes local core data networks delivering fixed and mobile services in Grenada, St Vincent, and Trinidad.
Earlier, I supported regional IPTV, video/OTT, and broadband services, and contributed to network projects in Jamaica, Dominica, and Curaçao. I hold JNCIS-SP, JNCIA, and CCNA certifications, alongside a BSc in Electrical & Computer Engineering from The University of the West Indies, St Augustine.
