I’ve handled technical assistance since my time at Lollabee Group, resolving service problems for staff and setting up customers’ computers for internet access—email and wireless included. I diagnose wireless connection issues, repair and troubleshoot equipment, document calls in Operations and Service Support, and support high-speed Internet installations.

Later at ONS (Oxygen Nitrogen Solution), I operated and monitored plant equipment while keeping operations running efficiently and safely. I performed maintenance, maintained accurate logs, and also handled inbound customer support via phone, email, and chat.

For 15 years at Blue Touch Entertainment, I’ve managed business plans and company policies, supervised sales representatives, and worked through problematic situations to support survival and growth. I also handle customer support and assist with network troubleshooting, plus product listing, image editing, and writing SEO-friendly descriptions.
