At NabuMinds, I develop and optimize CRM lifecycle strategies across onboarding, retention, churn prevention, and reactivation. I design customer journeys and segmentation strategies based on lifecycle stage, behavior, and customer value.

I manage cross-channel CRM campaigns spanning email, SMS, onsite messaging, and paid social. I partner with Data Analytics, Engineering, and Data Science teams to improve targeting and identify lifecycle opportunities.

At Picsart, I developed lifecycle journeys to improve user experience, engagement, and optimization. I planned A/B and multivariate tests and managed Braze campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and content cards.

Across more than six years in CRM and lifecycle marketing, I’ve focused on segmentation, experimentation, deliverability, and campaign performance. I also bring experience in digital marketing, lead generation, customer acquisition, and marketing analytics.
