What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead global and EU-scale learning and capability programmes in pharma/life sciences, measured end-to-end with Kirkpatrick and KPIs. I want to apply AI literacy for non-technical teams in regulated environments while driving measurable commercial and access outcomes.

I’m a Learning & Development Manager with 12+ years driving end-to-end capability building in global pharmaceutical companies including AstraZeneca, Roche, and Novartis. I design and evaluate training programmes at Kirkpatrick levels 1–4, consistently linking L&D investment to measurable business outcomes across Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Market Access.

As PMP-certified, I’ve led cross-company learning initiatives spanning co-promotion alliances and EU-funded European consortia (Horizon Europe, including PRECISEU). I co-led training and cultural change workstreams, created structured onboarding and capability frameworks for launch readiness, and used pre/post assessments, Q-Stream, and Veeva-linked KPIs to deliver impact—while currently deepening my applied approach to AI literacy programme design for non-technical teams in regulated environments.
