What I'm looking for

I’m looking for roles where I can build learning strategies that create real behaviour change—especially in digital transformation and AI adoption—owning end-to-end design, measurement, and stakeholder alignment with a strong, human-centred culture.

I’m a Learning & Development Lead and Learning Strategy Consultant (10+ years) who designs the conditions for people to actually change how they work. I translate complex organisational challenges into human-centred learning solutions—from AI adoption and leadership programmes to LMS implementation and digital content—bringing both pedagogical rigour and measurable business impact.

At INTERCORP GROUP UNIVERSITY, I’ve led learning strategy across 15+ organisations within a $1M+ portfolio, delivered 100+ programmes annually, and personally led 40 end-to-end initiatives with up to 35% ROI. I own the full lifecycle from needs diagnosis to impact measurement, build cross-cultural partner networks, and apply frameworks like PROSCI, Kirkpatrick, and ROI Institute, using techniques such as psychological safety and behavioural change culture to shift adoption from compliance to intrinsic motivation.
