What I'm looking for
I’m a Learning & Development Lead and Learning Strategy Consultant (10+ years) who designs the conditions for people to actually change how they work. I translate complex organisational challenges into human-centred learning solutions—from AI adoption and leadership programmes to LMS implementation and digital content—bringing both pedagogical rigour and measurable business impact.
