At Whitney Peak Hotel, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton property, I've increased sales revenue by 10% in my first year and 12% in my second year as Director of Sales & Catering.

I build wedding and meeting packages, collaborate with the Executive Chef on custom menus, forecast revenue and inventory demand, develop sales budgets, and partner with revenue management on rate structure. I've also supported the property's Hilton franchise conversion through PMS and CRM setup and implementation.

As Director of Meetings & Events, I helped design and open the ballroom, established a 5-star reputation for event service and execution, and created an on-site coordinator program for a more personalized client experience. I oversee conferences, conventions, galas, weddings, and social functions while managing detailed client and hotel budgets.

Earlier, as a Sales Executive Assistant at The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe, I supported sales operations, contracts, proposals, travel, calendars, invoicing, and client communications as part of the opening team.
