At CreateContentClub, I support both co-founders with administration, scheduling, follow-ups, and expenses. I also post and schedule about five pieces of content a day across company social accounts, while optimizing workflows that save about three to four hours of work a week.
As a freelance executive and admin assistant and social media manager, I run founders’ inboxes, calendars, and files, and handle more than 100 weekly client messages. I cut admin response times by 40%, grew client audiences by more than 1,000 followers, and created over 120 graphics, videos, and promotional materials that brought in more than 100 sales.
My earlier roles included executive support at OhanaAdvertising&BusinessConsultancy and account management at RemoteCruit. At VXIGlobalSolutions, I resolved 95% of support issues on first contact and achieved 108% of sales and support targets; at Motolite, I managed business accounts and supported customers in a retail setting.
Since 2017, I’ve created content and music independently, building a community of more than 2,000 followers and reaching 100,000+ combined views. I’ve also released over 10 original songs and performed at live events.
