What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can lead client operations, project delivery, recruitment, onboarding, or customer success work while building strong relationships across internal teams and customers.

I've delivered 300+ client projects at Vivid Ads Australia, serving as the primary client contact and coordinating design, production, printing, dispatch, and delivery. I led a four-member design team and translated client requirements into clear creative briefs.

At Brains & Motions Education, I've recruited, hired, and onboarded 50+ employees while supporting workforce planning and scheduling for 80+ instructors across three U.S. time zones. I manage hiring workflows through Indeed, Handshake, and Paycor, from postings and screening through interviews and onboarding.

My customer operations experience includes leading 20+ advisors across seven Asia-Pacific markets at MindBridge (Foodpanda), managing escalations, quality, KPIs, and onboarding. I also supported 180+ customers daily and maintained a 97% customer satisfaction score through timely issue resolution.
