What I'm looking for

I seek an entry-level customer-facing role where I can learn, apply conflict-resolution and communication skills, and grow into greater responsibility.

I am an aspiring customer service professional with a strong academic foundation and a keen eagerness to learn. I communicate fluently in English and Shona and bring excellent conflict-resolution skills to client-facing roles.

I completed Ordinary Level studies with strong results across business, humanities, and sciences, and I am currently completing Cambridge Advanced Level subjects in Business, Accounting, and Economics via home schooling.

I am quick to pick up new skills and technologies, and I have interests in software, coding and programming, travel, and broader technology trends that I leverage to improve problem solving and customer interactions.

I am motivated to join a team where I can grow professionally, contribute to positive customer experiences, and develop practical customer service and technical skills through hands-on work.
